CESA Purchasing is a FREE statewide WI cooperative that works with local and national vendors to provide contracts with negotiated pricing and discounts as well as other value-added benefits to K12 schools - public, private and charter, libraries, technical colleges, universities, municipalities and other non-profit educational entities. CESA Purchasing makes it easy for schools to take advantage of already negotiated and/or bid discounts through our national AEPA contracts and WI-only agreements and contracts.
